At The Advantage Foundation, we have one mission.

To create positive change in challenging environments by unleashing the potential

of marginalised young people.

Our Values

We operate 2 social enterprises on the edge of Belfast. They include a Market Garden and an award-winning Print Business.

We currently operate 2 social impact, training and employability programmes designed to unleash the potential of marginalised young people.
